First off, thank you for your interest in working with me.
Being involved in impact-driven projects while I leverage on my knowledge in psychology during the creation process excites me.
UX presents itself as the perfect intersection of psychology and design. The magnitude of influence technology has on human behaviour never ceases to intrigue me.
I continue to be drawn to the adrenaline that comes with enterprise challenges, whether through client projects or international designathons. Hence, exploring the powerful possibilities of this marriage between design and psychology is a driving force in my work.

Digital user-centric design combines my passion for creating with my desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
I'm committed to create meaningful experiences that will touch as many lives as possible.
Time travel with me as I bring you through my journey in this exciting field.
2019-2021
I have always been interested in human psychology and the ways in which technology can improve people's lives.
My time working in Singapore Ministry of Social and Family Development has given me valuable insights into the power of determination and the impact of technology on people's lives.
2021-2022
On top of my full-time corporate job as a UX/UI designer, I'm also working with different brands to help them improve their UX and achieve specific business goals. These side projects help other companies improve their products' user experience. I've had a lot of success with these projects and I'm excited to continue making an impact in the industry.

A few of my previous and ongoing work:

Early 2024 to 2025
Started as a UX designer in Standard Chartered Bank, Digital Channels and Data Analytics
Given the opportunity after a year to take on a senior role at creating more products used by institutional and platinum, gold, silver corporate clients across the globe.
‍
I had fun working on:
Each project is different, but the iterative agile process is pretty much the same each time. Here is how i tackle new work that comes my way.
Asking the right questions has been the key for me to solve any design problem at hand. By gathering insights into my interviewees’ pain points, my stakeholders’ needs and developers’ technical concerns, I am able to design with intention, set project success metrics and consider technical constraints early in the process.
With the end-user in mind, I brainstorm and conceptualise ideas with lo-fi wireframes and several potential user flows. Gathering my team’s feedback and collectively deciding on the best features to proceed was a crucial step to enhance collaboration and strengthen the product development.
Amet minim mollit non deserunt ullamco est sit aliqua dolor do amet sint. Velit officia consequat duis enim velit mollit. Exercitation veniam consequat sunt nostrud amet.
At this stage, I evaluate the effectiveness of the product in achieving its goal by recruiting representative users, uncovering problems & opportunities, and recommending new ways to improve the design further before handing it off for implementation.
Strong and frequent feedback loop with developers ensure that the product is implemented accurately prior to official sign-off for launch. Through staging, we can be confident that the released product effectively meets the business goals, user experience, and product requirements.

From testing the live product to receiving real time feedback using web analysis tools, it's just the beginning of the iterative process as we strive for product excellence.
