Since the start of the project, we focused on addressing specific challenges and opportunities in the market. By understanding the company’s current challenges, we were able to identify key issues and areas for improvement. User insights from our sales division provided valuable input and helped guide our design decisions. We are confident that our approach will help enhance the online presence of the website and strengthen the brand's competitive advantage.

The goal of our collaboration was to help the brand effectively communicate their value to customers. We achieved this by introducing a well-organized information architecture, improving the structure of the website's pages, and designing a responsive web interface that works well on a variety of devices. By presenting the brand's product line clearly, we aim to make the browsing and purchase experience more seamless and user-friendly.
The previous megamenu was confusing due to the use of complex terminology that was not immediately understandable to new customers. To improve the user experience for new customers, we explored the idea of implementing a product-centric megamenu that offers a more visually appealing and intuitive design. This would make it easier for customers to navigate the website and find the products they are interested in. We also came up with the idea of creating a mobile version of the product page that includes a real-time, responsive preview of the product as customers customize it. Additionally, I recommended implementing a sticky add to cart feature to provide important information such as delivery time, customization costs, and instalment options. This would improve the user experience and make the buying process more transparent and accessible for all users.

Using feedback from stakeholders and the sales team, we were able to improve the design and create a more user-friendly final product. We focused on six core interfaces that were key to establishing the brand's authority in its industry and guiding new customers from the start – homepage – till the end – purchase process , leading to successful customer acquisition. We experimented with various section and cta positions to optimize the user experience. Throughout the process, we kept a close eye on the latest trends and best practices to ensure that the final product met the highest standards of usability and user satisfaction.

During the development process, I recommended the use of HotJar, Maze and Google Analytics to collect data and measure the impact of the changes we were making. Before the handoff, I also reviewed the designs developed by the team and provided feedback based on user acceptance testing. This helped ensure that the website's design was effective and met the needs of their target audience.
